Running For Mental Health by Julie 🌈

I run for Fitmums in Heddon.
 
Mental health as been a big issue for me as I’ve struggled for years.
 
It’s an illness as we all know and in my opinion it never leaves you.
 
You have to learn how to cope with it on a daily basis and keep it at bay.
 
It’s a struggle some days and always will be, you have to except that you have those bad days and the next day will be better.
 
Running and exercise is a life saver and an escape and certainly keeps your mental health healthy.
  

It’s with the help of MIND and other agencies that we can see a light at the end of the tunnel and we always know there is someone who really cares 💝
