Delivery & Returns
You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).
If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us.
If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including initial postage cost.
If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.
If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at email@example.com.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.
If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.
All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.
