Since Miles For Mind started in 2018, over 13,000 people have taken part in at least one of the events.

From the very first event, we have partnered up with Mind, the leading mental health charity in the UK, to help raise awareness of mental health and also raise much needed funds for them.

We often see how much running means to people. From helping them to get fit and healthy, but also for people to use running as a way of combatting their mental health struggles.

After each event, we ask those that have taken part what running means to them and we've been blown away with how people have shared their experiences and just what running means to them.
