We value our clients satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your runr purchase. Every order is hand packed and sent by us to ensure maximum satisfaction. As a small business we do operate the below fair returns policy if for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase:
- If the product is faulty we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us. If you'd prefer a full refund then please send back product to us and we will give full refund including additional postage cost. If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.
- If you'd like to exchange for a different product (same value) or different size then please drop us an email to email@example.com with further details and we will be happy to help. You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back and we will cover additional postage cost to send you a replacement.
- If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.
ALL EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ONLINE PURCHASE.
