Miles For Mind - Spring Edition (May)Virtual Run
We've done some house keeping and located a few more medals from our Miles For Mind - Spring Edition that took place back in May!
For anyone that missed out first time round in May, now you can get your hands on a medal.
**All medals will be sent out as soon as you place your order and it is then up to you to manage how you track your mileage. You won't be required to submit your miles at any point**
The second of our events for 2021 is Miles For Mind - Spring Edition this May - the original Miles For Mind!
Four Seasons, One Reason. #MentalHealthMatters.
When will the virtual run take place?
1st - 31st May 2021.
Why are we running it?
To bring people together to raise money & awareness for mental health through running. Mental Health Awareness week is 17th - 23rd May, so we will be getting the running (and conversation) going throughout the month.

We have set 7 distances that you can challenge yourself to: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 and a whopping 200 miles! You can run and walk your miles, whatever suits you.
How do I submit my mileage?
At the end of the challenge, head to our results page where you can submit your miles and let us know that you have completed the challenge.
What do I get for completing the run?
Each person that completes one of our virtual challenge will receive a specially designed Miles For Mind medal.
How much does it cost to take part?
Each place in the virtual run is £13.95 and for adults and £6.95 for kids.
What do I do to join a team?
If you want to be part of a team in Miles For Mind 2021, head to our Team Entry page and either create a new team or join an existing one!
Have a youngster that wants to get involved?
We'd love everyone to raise more money for Mind but it's up to each person that takes part. You have two options; you can either simply share our community page with friends & family for them to sponsor you here (link here). Or if you'd like to setup your own JustGiving page you can join our TeamPage here so we can track everyone's fundraising.
How do I interact with the community of runners?
You can follow all the running and conversations in a number of different ways:
Let's start running... and start the conversation.
As always, we'll be on social media chatting, supporting and helping to inspire one another throughout May. We’ll be using #runr and #MilesForMind on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, so if you want to get involved then tag us or use the hashtags mentioned.
