The first of our new four events for 2021 is Miles For Mind - Winter Edition this February!

Four Seasons, One Reason. #MentalHealthMatters.

We're pleased to say that our Miles For Mind events are all in aid of Mind as we continue our partnership with the mental health charity.

What do you need to know about our Winter event in February? We've answered a few questions below:

When will the virtual run take place?

How far do I have to run?

We have set 7 distances that you can challenge yourself to: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 and a whopping 200 miles!

How do I submit my mileage?

At the end of the challenge, head to our results page where you can submit your miles and let us know that you have completed the challenge.

What do I get for completing the run?

Each person that completes one of our virtual challenge will receive a specially designed Miles For Mind medal.

How much does it cost to take part?

Each place in the virtual run is £13.95 and for adults and £6.95 for kids.

What do I do to join a team?

If you want to be part of a team in Miles For Mind, head to our Team Entry page and either create a new team, or join an existing one!

Have a youngster that wants to get involved?

Got a youngster in the family that wants to take part? No problem! Kids can get involved and they can enter here.

Do I have to fundraise?

We'd love everyone to raise more money for Mind but it's up to each person that takes part. You have two options; you can either simply share our community page with friends & family for them to sponsor you here (link here). Or if you'd like to setup your own JustGiving page you can join our TeamPage here so we can track everyone's fundraising.

How do I interact with the community of runners?

You can follow all the running and conversations in a number of different ways:

➡️ Facebook - Miles For Mind Group

➡️ Facebook - runr page

➡️ Twitter

➡️ Instagram

➡️ Strava

Let's start running... and start the conversation.

As always, we'll be on social media chatting, supporting and helping to inspire one another throughout the challenge. We’ll be using #runr and #MilesForMind on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Strava, so if you want to get involved then tag us or use the hashtags mentioned.

For more information on anything about the virtual run, head to our FAQs page.
