Orders sent via Royal Mail using their 48 Hour Tracked Service. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.
This allows you to track your order and amend certain aspects of the delivery address.
International
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Post. Please note we do not cover any customs charges.
Returns
If you need to return your item, please send it to us at the address below along with a completed returns card that came with your order. Please include your name and order number and reason for returning.

Exchange
If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

More than satisfied
This was my first purchase from runr but certainly won’t be my last. The build quality and the material are better than I could have hoped for. The cap is very lightweight and comfortable, which isn’t always easy to find as a larger skulled gent.

Nice hat
Very nice light running hat, stays put and doesn't slip around. Very nice colour. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it shows the sweat badly while running, unlike my Tokyo cap which doesn't show it at all. It washes easily though so t's not really a big deal.
Colourful, comfortable, lightweight
Fantastic running cap, great colour scheme, very comfy and light weight. Has decent 'sweatband' material, well vented and adjustable. Highly reccomend.
