Returns
Please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).
If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us.
If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including initial postage cost.
If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.
Exchange
If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.
Refunds
If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.
All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.

Absolutely love this hat! When I first got it, it felt a little shallow and wide on my head (if that makes sense) and was at the tightest adjustment but when running it didn’t budge. Didn’t overheat either, absolutely love it! Thank you

This will make you very visible to traffic and pedestrians. As soon as any light hits it, it reflects it back and the hat just glows. I found that the fit was very good. It was a lot more comfortable than another companies version whose strap clasp dug into my skull. Nothing like that with this hat thankfully. The brim is wide and kept the rain off my face the whole time. My head kept cool with the air vents but didn't get soaked. For the price it is so much better than any of the equivalent versions you will find online.

Excellent purchase for Autumn, winter running. Light weight with enough protection running in cooler nights when a beanie is to much. Having the confidence I will be seen when night time running. Great quality Runr cap.
