So you don't have to buy a whole new set, if you do lose one in your kit bag or elsewhere, then you can buy a single replacement magnet.

Our Runr Race Magnets are a great way to safely fasten your race bib onto your top, and with the runr logo on the front and helps people of all running abilities identify other passionate runners!

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

FREE Shipping for all UK orders over £50. All other shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and stated before you complete your purchase. 
 
For UK postage, we use Royal Mail via standard 2nd class post which usually arrives within 3-5 working days.
 
For international orders, it usually takes up to 10 working days via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed International Post, depending on customs.

 
Returns

Please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).

If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us.

If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including initial postage cost.

If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.

You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

Refunds

If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.

All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.

Great item

Needed a replacement as I lost one at a race. Had bib clips and safety pins. I really hope these are restocked. Arrived the next day, too!

Replacement magnet

Great! I lost one of my magnets when I pulled my jacket which was tied under my running number off before a race. The magnets are really strong so this was a fluke. I thought I would have to buy a new set but was able to just buy one. Brilliant
